Salary: 140,250 - 189,750 USD per year Requirements:

• Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret/SCI
• Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret/SCI

• Job Qualifications:
• - Skills: Agile Framework, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review
• - Certifications: None
• - Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• - US Citizenship Required: Yes
• - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study
• - Experience: Minimum of five years of experience servicing as a Scrum Master, with experience using industry-standard digital tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• - Certification: Must maintain the current version of at least one of the following Scaled Agile Framework certifications: SAFe Practice Consultant, SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer, Advanced SPC, Agile Product Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager. If not already certified, must obtain it within 30 days of starting the role.

Responsibilities:

• As an Agile Scrum Master, my role involves:
• Facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are conducted according to Scrum principles.
• Identifying and removing impediments that block the team's progress, including dependencies, lack of resources, or unclear requirements.
• Coaching and mentoring the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values to help improve skills and knowledge.
• Protecting the team from external distractions, allowing them to maintain focus on their work.
• Ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework, including roles, events, and artifacts.
• Understanding and assigning technical tasks to ensure the enterprise-wide data model is designed, implemented, and continuously improved, facilitating effective database management and process improvements.

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $140,250 to $189,750; however, actual compensation will be contingent on experience and location. Additionally, total compensation for international positions may vary based on different factors including tax and immigration statuses.
