We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and supervising vendors, assisting with property preparation, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. As part of our operations, you will work with an elite team of professionals while maintaining a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of our high-end clientele.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to oversee daily operations, manage vendor relationships (cleaners, maintenance, decorators), assist guests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all properties are presented to the highest standards. This role is a mix of on-site presence and remote work, making flexibility and excellent time-management essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Supervise and coordinate with professional cleaners, maintenance personnel, decorators, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting guests with requests, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Property Preparation: Oversee property inspections, preparation, and setup for guest arrivals, ensuring that properties are immaculate and fully equipped.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve any operational issues or service failures, both on-site and remotely.
  • Decor & Aesthetics: Assist with property decor updates, seasonal styling, and ensuring the visual appeal of all properties aligns with the luxury standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all operational tasks meet or exceed our high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail, particularly with property maintenance, decor, and guest needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work a variety of shifts; availability for on-call and weekend hours is essential (this is not a typical 9-5 job).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and property management software.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for on-site tasks and vendor visits as needed.
