Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (On-site – Must work from the office) We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team! This role is a pivotal part of our events department, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly and successfully. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members, contributing to the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and larger conventions. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
• Support the marketing efforts for events, including social media promotions and email campaigns.
• Manage registration processes and attendee communications before, during, and after the events.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
