A well established full service law firm is looking to add an attorney to their family law team. Our dynamic legal team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and counsel to our clients, guiding them through challenging family law matters with empathy and expertise. We take pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and we're seeking an Attorney who shares our commitment to excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders and more. You will play a crucial role in advocating for our clients in and out of court while helping them navigate complex legal and emotional issues.

Responsibilities:

* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and agreements.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, private mediations and negotiations.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service.
* Provide legal representation to clients in family law cases.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law in West Virginia.

Qualifications:

* Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
* 4-10 years of relevant family law experience required.
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
* Unwavering commitment to practicing law ethically.
