Our host company in Louisville, Kentucky, and Spokane, WA, is seeking a candidate for a J-1 visa Food & Beverage position. Responsibilities include setting up stations, stocking supplies, cleaning coffee and tea stations, and ensuring tables are dusted and properly set. The role also involves assisting servers during meal periods, maintaining cleanliness of furniture and floors, and providing excellent service by pouring water and serving rolls and butter as specified. Position Description: - All aspects of food service in an upscale hotel - Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation - Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities - Advanced management skills and supervisory duties This is a 12-month employment program in the US under a J1 professional exchange visa. Only eligible candidates are to be selected for this opportunity. Candidates must pay job placement, Visa sponsorship, invitation and work authorization fees in case of successful placement. Requirements
Food and Beverage Associate Applications: There are several avenues to qualify for an intern or trainee visa: a. You are currently enrolled in a Hospitality/Events/Tourism/Hotel Management or related higher diploma or degree and your college is recognized by your local government OR b. You have graduated from a Hospitality/Events/Tourism/Hotel Management or related higher diploma or degree in the past 12 months OR c. You have graduated from a Hospitality/Events/Tourism/Hotel Management or related higher diploma or degree longer than 12 months ago and have 12 months of full time work experience in the Hospitality industry outside the United States OR d. You have at least 5 years of full time work experience in the Hospitality industry, focused on F&B service. Any of the above would meet the eligibility criteria.
