Job Description

Talent Hub is a full-service boutique firm representing an eclectic roster of influencers and celebrities. Our members include elite and emerging actors, TV personalities, chefs, influencers, journalists and producers.

We connect multicultural entertainers with both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences and brands through a suite of services ranging from business and brand management to content creation and production. We've worked with productions that are in Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Discovery MAX and more. We've done collaborations and influencer marketing for projects such as The MLS, Amazon Alexa, Ford, Target, Brugal 1888, Bad Boys: Ride or Die and more.

The area of focus would be assisting Artist Managers in future opportunities, reaching out, following up on jobs and updating media kits.

This is a great opportunity for those studying in the Marketing and/or Business field wanting to grab insight in the Entertainment field looking to build a nice portfolio of big names. This is a Part-Time, none-paid internship that is 100% remote and would require hopefully only about 12 good hours a week. This area is a combination of the talent relations field, business and marketing field. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, writing, reading and speaking.

The main focus would be this:

Reaching out to new and old marketing agencies/brands to continue working with.

  • I would provide you with an excel list of successful marketing teams we’ve worked with in the past and there’ll be a brief description on when we last touched base on. Don’t worry, I’ll send you a general template paragraph that you can write to them (and just replace the words if needed) and you’ll have me cc’d always in case they respond so I can carry through the conversation and answer any questions needed.

  • We’ll be focusing on doing this primarily and then afterwards, depending on the season/occasions they have approaching. The importance is to know what it is that they have coming up. Brand partnerships are a great form of income that we want to focus a lot on.

  • Help in building new opportunities: We will reach out the for the contact information for new opportunities.

Applying to castings that take place

  • I'll share with you any castings that need to be reviewed so artists can be submitted to. I’ll forward them to you to read and see if they’re worth it. The bigger the budget, the better for talent agencies. Principle or supporting roles are the best.

  • While on the sites, it’s important to also check for any castings worth looking into (good pay and/or suitable for actor that might be of interest).

  • If virtual castings are requested, I’ll email them the Virtual casting and cc’ you, introducing the talent to you. I’ll ask them to share with us the virtual casting once done where you’ll then afterwards please upload. I’ll teach you the platforms that are pretty simple to get around.

  • Reaching out to castings/directors we’ve worked in the previous years to see what projects they're working on.

Updating Media Kits & Websites/ Demo Reels.

  • 2xs a year updating our website bios/media kits, etc. which we share out to marketing agencies and more opportunities.

  • Onboarding new talents, updating the media kit and website.

Save contact information in data list.

  • I'll share new contact info to store occasionally.

This is ideal for any student or new grad looking to intern remotely that might be interested to build their portfolio with great names associated in their work. We don’t monitor the work because the work invested is clear in the deadlines being met, new productions we learn about or conversations we build out and I’ll be cc’d in everything to help carry on the conversations to a deeper phase of negotiation, etc.

There’s a lot to manage in a small company, we always have projects going on but the projects are exciting and small businesses have provided the best outcome for students wanting to one day become entrepreneurs themselves. We will provide guidance on most of the material of what to say. The Business in Entertainment field is an area where people who are go-getters and passionate about opportunities arising do great.

Please send me resume, portfolio and cover letter to sbonilla@talenthubagency.com.
