Job Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Administrative Support: Perform unlicensed administrative tasks to assist agents and the leadership team • File and Compliance Review: Review transaction checklists and files to ensure compliance and timely processing • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and input information into various systems. Experience with SkySlope, BrokerMint, kvCORE and/or BoldTrail is a plus! • Agent Support: Provide exceptional assistance to agents, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their needs are met • General Office Tasks: Manage office supplies, answer phones, handle mail, and maintain a welcoming and professional office environment • Event Planning: Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and celebrations • Social Media Management: Assist with posting and scheduling content for social media platforms to enhance company visibility and engagement Qualifications: • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Must have high school diploma or GED • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Previous administrative experience • Technology savvy • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or other office tools • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Familiarity with real estate processes and compliance is a significant advantage but not required About Company: RE/MAX Professionals was established on 9/11/2001 in Glendale, Arizona.
