HouzAZ & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Showing Assistant who is enthusiastic about expanding their expertise in analytics, negotiation, and property scouting. In the current market, possessing exceptional skills and the ability to clearly convey value to buyers is essential for thriving in the ever-evolving real estate industry.

While a valid Arizona real estate license is necessary to join our team, it is not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in using our state-of-the-art CRM system
