Job Responsibilities:

• -Oversee multiple projects from all aspects: design, estimating, owner selections, and execution for high-end, custom roof systems, which normally have complicated roofs with valleys, flat sections, and multi-story components
  
• -Take an aerial view roof report and create an estimate that details the labor and material needed to complete the job
  

• -Perform detailed estimates for residential projects (shingle, tile & metal)
  
• -Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
  
• -Determine what factors of production will influence the cost
  
• -Maintain current market pricing for materials in the estimating system
  
• -Generate job cost reports
  
• -Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors
  
• -Perform hand-off meetings with assigned project managers
  
• -Present prepared estimates to management
  

• -Review builder plans, checking elevations, etc.
  

Job Qualifications:

• -3yrs Florida roofing experience
  
• -Experience with Estimating Edge estimating software.
  
• -Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• -Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow
  
• -Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for residential projects
  
• -Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  
• -Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  
• -High School Diploma or equivalent
